A mount that fits the opening in the top of the steering stem for most
sport bikes. Uses an o-ring shaft that gets progressively tighter as it is
installed. Mounts devices center of bike over the top triple clamp
(See Notes for Honda RC51 models) Mounting Garmin ZUMO 660 requires P/N
60007 ZUMO Top Plate!
