Techmounts 3rd generation mounting system. This mount combines all of the current production handlebar sizes from 7/8” (22mm) up to 1 ¼” (32mm) into one mount system. Radar Cover

The Radar Cover is a thermo-formed plastic cover matching the shape of the Escort 8500 X50 (also fits 8500, 7500s, & 7500), the Valentine One (thin chassis model made from 2001 to present), and Beltronics STi and RX-65 (when not using audio output jack) radar detectors. Provides protection from moisture, dirt, and dust. Escort and Valentine applications are compatible with the Radar Screamer. Item# RCET is shown in the picture above on the left for Escort and includes a compartment that protrudes from the base of the unit to hold a H.A.R.D. transmitter. This is a non-coiled cord for connecting the Passport 8500 detector directly to a power source. The cord also includes a small control panel with power-on indicator, an alert lamp that warns you of radar or laser and a convenient mute button. This remote panel could prove useful when installing the 8500 in a protected/hidden location where the normal controls and indicators may not be accessible.
