NOTE to Customers leaving on their big Motorcycle Trip - If
you have a specific deadline where you need to receive your items by a
certain date please contact us and provide this information.
This may require special shipping and handling in order for you to receive
your items on time. By placing your order early and informing us of
your deadline we can suggest a shipping method that will hopefully meet
your needs. |
Ordering Instructions
We offer four convenient ways
for you to place your order:

ON-LINE ORDERS: You can use our
shopping cart software to place your order on-line. Ordering on-line
with us is very similar to other websites. For those of you who need
detailed instructions please read on. First go to the "Products" page or any of the product
description pages and click the "Add to Cart"
button for the product you wish to purchase. Add more products to your
cart or adjust product quantities as desired. After all products are selected
and in the cart, select the ship to
location (USA, Canada, Foreign) to determine shipping cost. Next, click on the "Checkout" button.
After clicking "Checkout" there are 3 additional pages
where you are required to add information. All 3
pages must be completed in order for you order to go through.
Page 1 - Fill in name and address information as required then
click "ENTER" button at bottom of page.
Page 2 - Provide your credit card number and expiration date (Visa,
Mastercard or Discover) then click "I authorize this Transaction" button at
bottom of page. Page 3 - On the
final confirmation page please review the information you have entered and
then click on the button that says " Submit Transaction for Processing".
The screen that appears next should say that your order was approved.

FAX ORDERS: Fax your credit card order anytime to the same number, 508-829-3339,

MAIL ORDERS: Mail your check or credit card order to SJL Products,
Inc. , P.O. Box 189,
Jefferson, MA, 01522, USA. Make checks payable to SJL Products, Inc.
Please use our shopping cart software to generate your order form
(select pay by check) then print it and mail it with your order.
On the average we
ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after an order is received. All USA orders are normally
shipped via the US Post Office and on average arrive within 2 to 3 days after
shipment. Orders to Canada and other countries are shipped via US Post
Office air mail or Global Priority Mail. If you desire other shipping methods
or need to receive your order by a certain date please contact
us.
